This $25 million project is located at Century Hill Plaza in Latham. Empire Blue Cross, a subsidiary of Anthem, Inc. moved its offices into these two 75,000 square-foot buildings in June of 2020. The two buildings are connected and 1 building has 3 floors and the other has 4.
The Zenith Premium wall divides 1 large conference room with a vertically folding wall into 2 conference rooms. Both conference rooms can be used at the same time without hearing the noise from either room because of the high STC of 55. The Zenith Premium has a closure panel that hides the pocket from view. There are also four rows of Lampre Laminate White Marking steel which is great for writing instruction because it does not telescope.
The vertically folding partition is 39’9” wide and 9’ high. It is ideal for spaces with obstructions and has a simple to use LCD display touch screen. In addition to being quiet to operate, it has a Safety Obstruction Sensor.
